“We had a really wonderful experience with Sur La Mer. The boat itself was beautiful. Very well maintained, clean and luxurious with a brilliant sound system! Captain Ben was very accommodating, as our original trip date was impacted by the weather forecast. Captain Ben was in contact to offer alternative dates and times with great communication throughout. Captain Ben was so knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. We were on the boat trip celebrating my sister's hen. He welcomed us to the Keloha, we enjoyed a glass of bubbly and he did a toast to "the hen" before he sailed us to a lovely calm bay where we enjoyed some sunbathing aboard and a swim in the sea. The view looking back on Alicante castle from the boat and the coastline was absolutely beautiful. Captain Ben also gave us recommendations for other sights and events to attend in Alicante which was really helpful. Myself (and the rest of our group of 9) had a wonderful time and would all recommend Sur La Mer. Thank you so much Captain Ben and your crew for a really fabulous afternoon full of fun memories. “We had an amazing experience with Ben & Crew at Tabarca! It was just perfect from start to end. Ben was very responsive ahead of the trip. They had the boat prepared nicely - they welcomed us with nice music, drinks and snacks to get started. We could freely use the boat and were handed all we needed. The boat is neat, as well! It felt even nicer compared to the pictures and what we expected. No bruises, elegant design, well maintained, proper restrooms. Lots of stuff for water fun there to enjoy, as well. They even took pictures with a proper camera and shared them with us afterwards. Truly a memorable experience, we'd 1000% ride with Ben on our next time in Alicante!”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with Benjamin and his team. From the beginning of the experience Ben replied quickly to every question, was flexible and let us purchase an extra hour, and lastly helped me get the price fixed (lowered in my case) which was an incredible act on his part. “This experience was awful, the yacht wasn't functioning well in the first place. The service was dreadful. The food was disgusting. The team on the ship was disrespectful and rude. Finally, at the end of the trip our boat crashed into the peirce because of the disfunction of the engine. I don't recommend to rent a boat from this company if you value your health. We were also told that it is normal and this type of situations happen everyday, which will make many people think wether this company is trustworthy. Overall it was an incredibly bad experience. Would never recommend! The yacht was very old, even judging by its look and state. So judging by the age it may be possible to assume that there may be a fault. Moreover, when you get a response, you will hear that you are the one that carries the responsibility. The glasses may not have fallen, but the fact that the clients did, doesn't matter for you. We required to call the police not the company in order to register the crash to take it further into court. Again, if you as a client want to have a day without crashing yachts, bad food, at the very end a totally destroyed mood and stress, use another company. Now, judging by all the lies that you as a company tell even here, about a few scratches, a "slow stop" and you blaming your clients for incorrect behavior after a yacht crash instead of a simple appology, the clients that will see this can make a judgment weather to use your company or not.”
